Smoke Detector analiza, a peticion del usuario, la pagina web que esta visitando y le indica si presenta senales de phishing, fraude o suplantacion de marca. No hace nada mas.

La extension guarda en el almacenamiento local de Chrome dos elementos:
smoke_detector_user (tu identificador y, si lo rellenaste, tus datos de
contacto) y smoke_detector_lang (tu idioma). No salen de tu navegador salvo
en los envios descritos en el apartado 3, y se borran al desinstalar la extension.
Estos son todos los terceros que pueden tratar datos por cuenta de Brain Streaming S.L. No hay ninguno mas.

Ademas, los datos podrian comunicarse a autoridades publicas cuando exista una obligacion legal de hacerlo.
El uso que Smoke Detector hace de la informacion recibida se ajusta a la Politica de Datos de Usuario de Chrome Web Store, incluidos sus requisitos de Uso Limitado. En concreto: los datos se usan unicamente para proporcionar y mejorar la funcion de deteccion de fraude descrita en el apartado 1, no se transfieren a terceros salvo a los proveedores enumerados en el apartado 6 o cuando lo exija la ley, no se usan ni se transfieren con fines publicitarios, y ninguna persona los lee salvo que tu lo pidas expresamente al escribirnos, sea necesario por seguridad o lo exija la ley.

Tu consentimiento, que prestas al enviar el formulario (art. 6.1.a RGPD), para los datos de contacto y su uso comercial. Para la telemetria de instalacion y uso, el interes legitimo en medir y mejorar el producto (art. 6.1.f RGPD), tratada mediante un identificador aleatorio que no permite identificarte.
Todas las comunicaciones entre la extension y el servidor viajan cifradas por HTTPS/TLS. El acceso a los datos almacenados esta restringido a la persona responsable.
Los proveedores del apartado 6 prestan el servicio desde la Union Europea. Cuando alguno trate datos fuera del Espacio Economico Europeo, lo hace amparado en las clausulas contractuales tipo aprobadas por la Comision Europea.
Smoke Detector no esta dirigido a menores de 14 anos y no se recogen datos de forma consciente de personas de esa edad.
Puedes ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificacion, supresion, oposicion, limitacion del tratamiento y portabilidad escribiendo a diego@brainstreaming.es, o respondiendo «baja» a cualquiera de nuestros correos. Tambien puedes retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento. Si consideras que tus datos no se tratan correctamente, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Proteccion de Datos (aepd.es).
Al desinstalar la extension se elimina todo lo guardado en tu navegador. Para eliminar ademas lo que haya en nuestro servidor, escribe a la direccion anterior y se borrara.
Si cambia el tratamiento, se actualiza esta pagina y la fecha de entrada en vigor del encabezado. Los cambios sustanciales se comunican por correo a quienes esten suscritos.
Smoke Detector analyses, at the user's request, the web page they are visiting and tells them whether it shows signs of phishing, fraud or brand impersonation. It does nothing else.

The extension stores two items in Chrome local storage: smoke_detector_user
(your identifier and, if you filled it in, your contact details) and
smoke_detector_lang (your language). They never leave your browser except in
the transmissions described in section 3, and are deleted when you uninstall.
These are all the third parties that may process data on behalf of Brain Streaming S.L. There are no others.

Data may additionally be disclosed to public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
Smoke Detector's use of information received complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: data is used only to provide and improve the fraud-detection feature described in section 1; it is not transferred to third parties except the providers listed in section 6 or where required by law; it is not used or transferred for advertising purposes; and no human reads it unless you expressly ask us to by writing to us, it is necessary for security, or the law requires it.

Your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), for contact data and its commercial use. For install and usage telemetry, our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the product (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), processed through a random identifier that does not identify you.
All communication between the extension and the server is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Access to stored data is restricted to the data controller.
The providers in section 6 deliver the service from within the European Union. Where any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Smoke Detector is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to diego@brainstreaming.es, or by replying «unsubscribe» to any of our emails. You may withdraw consent at any time. If you believe your data is not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Uninstalling the extension deletes everything stored in your browser. To also delete what is on our server, write to the address above and it will be erased.
If processing changes, this page and the effective date in the header are updated. Substantial changes are communicated by email to subscribers.
